	Notice for all FarmersThe federal government is enacting the Oil Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Program (SPCC) for November of 2011. This program requires farmers and other facilities that qualify under specific guidelines to have an oil spill prevention plan in place. The purpose is to prevent oil spills into our water resources which in turn effect farming operations and the quality of our environment. Please take a moment to review the guidelines, click here to view, as this program will affect most farmers.
