	Second Miler Award
	CONGRATULATIONS DAVE HENSELIN! Dave Henselin, Crop Specialist for Servco FS, was recognized with the "Second Miler Award" at the 55th Annual Shawano County Agriculture Awards Banquet held on April 13th, 2012. The Second Miler Award is presented to someone who is a "background worker" in the agricultural community and goes the "second mile" when it comes to volunteering for ag. Dave Henselin has served the community in the agronomy business for 43 years and has been a Certified Crop Specialist for 18 of those years. Dave is known for always putting the customer first. He has been active in the Shawano County Farm Bureau serving on the board for 12 years, running the grills at the Brunch on the Farm for over 20 years, and signs many new Farm Bureau members every year. He is also a member of the Shawano County Forage Council, the Caroline American Legion and the Christus Church Men's Group. From all of us at Servco FS, we're very proud of Dave's recognition and offer a well deserved congratulations!

	Notice for all FarmersThe federal government is enacting the Oil Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Program (SPCC) for May of 2013. This program requires farmers and other facilities that qualify under specific guidelines to have an oil spill prevention plan in place. The purpose is to prevent oil spills into our water resources which in turn effect farming operations and the quality of our environment.
